D5 Keeps Crushing even if my Laptop is Healthy

Hi Everyone, Please Help. My D5 Keeps crashing even in startup or the file is small. I took my Laptop to a repair shop to get it check if its a Hardware issue, but my laptop’s okay, healthy and compatible to D5.

Acer Predator Helios Neo16
Rtx 4060
I5 13th GenX
24 gb ram
500gb SSD

Im using it for work and its really affecting my performance because I think the d5 itself is the main issue

Please also check the following:

• Check whether there are overclocking settings that are enabled.
• Since you’re using a laptop, ensure that it’s plugged in and check the built-in application Acer Predator Sense, if your power option is set to high-performance.
• Check your NVIDIA Control Panel > D5 Render > have it at High Performance
