Hi, my D5 software keep on crashing everytime i save, save as, import, or even do some rendering.
can someone pls identify the problem?

Please rename this: AcShellExtension.dll > AcShellExtension.txt. If the issue persists, please share your logfile with us for further investigation. Apologies for the inconvenience
I was having similar issues with version 3 of D5 crashing. Crashing with a brand new empty file, a current project file, didn’t matter. Program would open or start a file and then if I tried to save it would crash. Sometimes it would crash just trying to move around the scene.
I renamed the .dll file mentioned above and so far (fingers crossed!) I am not having any crashing issues.
