Hi there, I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Is this issue evident in other files as well, or is it file-specific?
Please send these following information:
-
System Info
-
Memory Speed
-
VRAM
Thank you~
New file also cannot create
Hi there, thank you for sending this information, but can you please send the complete system info? Then proceed to click on the “Version,” which will prompt a System Info window in D5.
- Based on the image you sent (Memory Speed), the speed is 4200 MT/s. Anything higher than 4000 MHz can usually cause crashes and such. You could go to BIOS and turn off XMP to change the memory speed or try to update the BIOS version. You can refer to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-MLhGMtheM
Let me know if this solves the issue, looking forward to the complete system info image~ Thank you.
