I have an ID that I used to use at my old school, and I am currently living at a new school. To use d5, I created an account through my current school email, but I have a problem with my computer device that I can’t log in unless it’s my old school account. Please help me with this

It seems that you are unable to log into D5 with your new school email because your computer is configured to accept only your old school account.

  • Your previous educational license, which is tied to your old university email, can only be associated with one device. If you attempt to access that account from a different device, it will not be allowed, as the educational license is a fixed seat license.

  • If you have applied for a new license using your new educational email, you should be eligible for another educational license. Once your application is approved, you should be able to access it normally.
