D5 Hi - HD function does not work

Hi team - I have been using your D5 Hi. So far getting to use explore it more. However when I want to produce HD of the image selected it never works. It shows it is processing but then nothing happens. I have waited for some long time thinking that it might be slow. But it always gets stuck.

Hi mate, I tried it and found the process was slow but could be done after a while. Can you try to clear the cookie or change the browser and check the result? If it still happens please tell us.
