D5 file not accesible and 0 kb

**Issue Description:**Hello after syncing my rhino file to d5 my d5 file doesnt work and the startup file is 0KB when i open the file, nothing is inside, .This is second time that is happeng, can you help me pls i can sent file and whatever is needed

Hello, sorry to hear that you ran into this problem. First, please make a copy of this file as backup.
Second, can you use the Auto-save feature to recover the file? D5 Render 2.1 | Auto Save & View history versions - YouTube

At last, please send the scene file as well as two folders that contain logs, to ziyin.zhu@d5techs.com. We will try our best to help you find the issue cause and recover the file.

  1. A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.1
  2. A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse

To confirm, the rhino file caused this problem the first time you synced it, or it was successfully synced once before?
Any updates would be appreciated.

Hello Oliver thanks for the answer . i can the logs right now , but thge scene file is 20 gb . do you want me to sent it that big?
yes it was successfully linked before
