d5 file crashing after opening

hi guys my d5 scene is crashing after completing 100% loading like the file opens for 4-5 seconds and then crashed like i tried copy the file open in it other pc same thing happened also other big files are opening but not this also the earlier backup file was also not opening

my specs are
intel 14th generation i7 ,rtx 4090 gpu,128 gb ddr5 ram ,2 tb ssd , 1000watt power supply

also the second pc has same specs but it has 64 gb ram only instead of 128 gb only

Your device should pretty much handle heavy files. The only thing I suggests for now is to try to

• Downgrade it to 572.14 since the 576.02 version has various problems with D5 Render. You can revert back to the previous version using the NVIDIA App.

If this does not solve the issue, please send us your file so we can test it. You may send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled ‘Clov-Forum D5 File Crashing After Opening’ and please don’t forget to zip your file first.

hey clov 572.16 version is available on nvidia site not the one you have mentioned its not available on their website if you have link plz provide also i have gdrive link of my zip file if you want that if will send you the link bcz if i upload the file here it will take 2-3 hours to upload its 7.

You can try 572.16 instead just avoid 576.02 for now and try to open your file after installing.

After you have tested on your end with the older Driver, then you can send us your file. As mentioned, please send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled ‘Clov-Forum D5 File Crashing After Opening ’

hey it didnt work out i have send the files on your mail
