D5 doesnt sync with sketchup model

Hi, I am using the current version of 2.1 however it seems that my skp model doesnt appear in the d5 software when i pressed sync…
it only shows the empty window…
im currently using skp version 2021

my graphics card are all pretty updated
RTX3070 8GB GDDR6
32GB RAM

The only solution i know of is that i have imported the skp model directly into d5 however that will mean i would have adjust the model after that

Hello, does your model have tags that is hidden? Please check it, if yes, you can remove it or unhide it then sync again.
Another possible reason is that your Video driver is not updated. Please upgrade your Nvidia video driver then try again. If the problem remains, please let us know.
