D5 doesn't launch

Hi team,

When I first launch D5 render, the program doesn’t start.
I have the latest windows version 20H2
and the NVDIA RTX 2080 TI studio driver 457.30 installed.
I have also installed DX12

How can I fix this and launch D5 render?

specs:
RTX 2080 TI
Intel(R) Core™ i9-10920X CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz
RAM 64,0 GB
