**Issue Description: D5 does not open welcome screen and does not respond when linked.

the program does not respond or does not open the welcome screen or opens when likado in some program, be it revit or sketchup for example … I tried to disable the firewall and windows defender, but the error remains, this started to occur in the version 1.8

I managed to solve the problem, apparently the problem occurred due to some instability in the 4.6+ drive, when I reinstalled version 457.51, it worked again.
