Sorry for the inconvenience. To help us investigate furter, could you please provide the following information:

  1. Does the application show any error message before closing, or does it crash silently?
  2. Have you recently updated your GPU driver or your operating system?
  3. Does the crash also occur when opening an existing project, or only when creating a new one?
  4. Have you tried running D5 as an administrator or disabling antivirus/overlay software?

No worries, here are the details you need.

  1. It crashes silently and instantly.
  2. Yes. I have updated GPU driver.
  3. It crashes when creating a new one.
  4. I tried to run it as an admin while the antivirus software is disabled but still it crashes.

Thank you for clarifying the details. To rule out any potential issues with the AMD GPU driver, could you please try rolling back your driver to the previous stable version? This has helped other users experiencing similar crashes when creating a new project.
