D5 Crashing after requesting to make changes to my device

Hey guys,

Every time I start up my D5 I get a windows pop-up asking me if I want to allow this app to make changes to my device (see image). I have tried clicking both yes and no but both options cause the program to instantly crash. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I have updated my graphics drivers, and also uninstalled/reinstalled D5 but nothing has solved this problem.

Hi @bhowden

I apologize for the inconvenience. Have you tried installing D5 Render in another Driver? Or perhaps can you check if you have “Full Control” on this specific file location?
