D5 crashed and render file disappeared

Issue Description:
I’m using the D5 plugin on Revit. D5 crashed when I exported a render & my render save file disappeared. I searched my entire laptop and all that was left of it were shortcuts to my original file and what looks like the original file, now broken.

There’s no recovery folders or backup save files anywhere. I’ve tried using a file recovery program and that didn’t work either. Days of work just disappeared without a trace

I apologize for the inconvenience. D5 Crashing should not make your file disappear without a trace. Please try to open D5 Launcher and check the recent projects.

This was the first project I worked on with D5, so only the project named “render” should be there, but the projects folder is completely empty.

Maybe the crashing and file disappearing had something to do with the AI post-processing feature, since I’m prettry sure that’s the last feature I interacted with.

Can you generate a log file? You may send it to me here via forum messages.

• Can you also confirm if this specific file is still present? This should be from your file’s folder (D5 File folder)
