- D5 Render Version: D5 Render 2.10.1.0579
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
- Driver Version: 32.0.15.6607
I’m trying to open a D5 file and it crashes after 11% loading. It only happens with this file, which is not a big one. For the rest of the files it does okay.
Is there any way to open a backup file without having to open the original one?
Thanks
Hi @nyosclet
Can you send me the following screenshots:

You may also want to update your Graphics Card Version to the latest one. You can do this by opening your NVIDIA App.

As for your question regarding the backup file, you can access the file’s history in the “Recent” tab ,then proceed to right-click on the project

I have tried to open the backup files from the recent tab but it does the same, crashes when about 11% loading
And also, I have tried to open this file with two different computers and the result has been the same, so I think it’s not a computer issue
I have access to a copy of the file that I saved 2 days ago and this older version of the file is ok, but when I save the file as a copy with another name, the new file is unable to be opened. It’s wierd… hope you can find a solution for this
