Sometimes when closing and coming back to a project, this happens with car wheels. They offset.
Not all cars, just some.
Hello gtimagesau, sorry to hear that you ran into this issue, which is also being investigated by us.
Could you please let us know whether the problem remains after you reopen this scene file?
If the problem remains, could you compress and send this scene file to support@d5techs.com to help us look into this issue? We will keep this file confidential. Also, those cars are from D5 assets library, right? Did they once been adjusted or replaced?
Best regards,
Oliver
Thanks Oliver,
Sorry, I can’t re-open because I have deleted that car. I will try again when it happens again.
Yes, that car is from D5 asset.
I do use othe cars but that one is from D5.
Thanks

Ok, thank you for the updates. Do you remember this car name, or what steps you had done before saving this file?
Yes, it was Cars 8.
I am not sure about the steps because I was working on another part of the model.
I have re-imported the main .skp file many times. Not linked from Sketchup, I use an export from other 3D software, convert to .skp and import to D5 workflow.
So I don’t really know when this happened.
I’ll try to re-create the error. It did happen in another project before as well. I just deleted the car and placed it again. I did not use replace from assets.
Thanks
