D5 asset materials disappear!

**D5 Render Version:**2.6.1.0401
**Graphics Card:**NAVIDIA Geforce RTX Ti Laptop GPU
**Driver Version:**10.0.22621.2506
**Issue Description:**some of D5 asset materials (PBRMAX SECTION) disappearing from showing, even if i restart D5, sometimes it backs it self, is it the reason from temporary files

Hi! Sorry for your problem. Do you currently use any encryption software or firewalls? If this is the case, please whitelist D5. Also, you can try to find the folder where the asset is located in workspace (WorkSpace\content\model), delete the folder, and then re-download it in D5.

thanks for reply, I’ll try that out
also I had an idea ( save the file I want “arm chair” as a d5 file then use it again in the model )

I think because of to much materials from Sketch Up it interrupted the materials in d5 cause I open a new empty file the materials shown
