D5 App Won't Launch

Graphics Card: Nvidia RTX A4000
Driver Version: 32.0.15.7283
Issue Description: D5 App Won’t Launch - the App window partially loads

I’ve installed the latest D5 installation file, updated my Nvidia graphics card to the latest, and restarted my machine. It appears my setup should conform to the system requirements as described on the D5 website, but still no luck. Any thoughts as to how I can address would be appreciated.

Has this problem occurred when you updated to 2.10? Or is it the first time you are trying to use D5 Render?

  • A black welcome page with buttons appearing may indicate that D5 Render is being blocked by your Firewall- Please check your Firewall Software if it’s blocking D5 Render, and if it does, please unblock or add D5 Render.
  • Can you please make sure that your monitor is connected to your Dedicated GPU and not on the iGPU or Motherboard? Or D5 Render is utilizing your dedicated GPU.
  • Please consider a reinstallation of Windows System

If the suggestions I have mentioned above still do not solve the issue, please generate a log file and then send it to us. You can send it to:
