D5 2.40 bsod

HELLO GUYS!

I HAVE A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE D5
EVERY TIME I OPEN A PROJECT, NO MATTER HOW LIGHT IT IS
THE PROGRAM IS GIVING BLUE SCREEN (CRITICAL PROCESS DIED)

I USE THE LUMION 12 AND IT DOESN’T GIVE THIS PROBLEM
WITH UNREAL 5 I ALSO DON’T HAVE
3DS MAX + CORONA ALSO I DON’T HAVE

I HAVE DONE ALL THE PERFORMANCE TESTS AND NO ERRORS HAVE BEEN FOUND.

I TRY TO OPEN EXAMPLE PROJECTS FROM THE PROGRAM AND I HAVE THIS SAME BLUE SCREEN PROBLEM.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

I ALSO MADE ALL THE CLEANING ON MY MOTHERBOARD TO CHECK IF IT WAS NOT HARDWARE. I FORMATTED THE COMPUTER AND I ALSO STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

**Driver Version: 512.77 (I DIDN’T UPDATE BECAUSE OF LUMION 12)
**RAM: 32GB COIRSAIR
**CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 3700X

Hi mate, sorry to hear that you ran into the problem. Normally this kind of issue is related to incompatible hardware. Could you let me know the detailed version number of your video driver?
The latest one should be 527.xx or 526.xx, so I am not sure the “3.17” is which one. You can go to Nvidia control panel to check it.

Second, D5 Render official version is 2.3.4, while 2.4 is not released yet. Did you type a wrong version number, or get that installer from some 3rd-party sources?

Sorry, the values entered were wrong.

my driver version is 512.77 (I didn’t update because the newer versions of the drivers are giving incompatibility with Lumion 12)

the version I am using of D5 is the most current 2.3.4.0931
