D5 Render Version: 2.1
I have a pro monthly licence but pro assets are not loading from my 2.0 project to 2.1 conversions.
V 2.1 not letting me login as pro.

Hi @gtimagesau usually the Pro assets will load after you log in your Pro account. Did you have a problem logging in only for the renderer or can you log in on our website D5 Render
If you log in on D5 official website, then please check your network condition, this kind of problem is often due to network connection.
Please turn off VPN and Windows firewall, antivirus software temporarily if they are on.
We would also like to know if you are using D5 in your office since there could be IP block in companies.

My mistake, it was defaulting to the beta version. Removed, downloaded and all ok now.
