Hi,
I would like to ask about the solution to two problems when working in D5 render.
We model architectural designs in Archicad (version 21) and then Sync model to D5.
In one project, we updated the 3D model several times using the Sync model function, and then suddenly it happened that the model moved elsewhere in the x, y coordinates. It was possible to place the 3D model in the original place by entering the original coordinates (to preserve the prepared scenes), but the already finished brushes were lost. Question number one - how to avoid this mistake?
The second problem: an almost finished file with set scenes, with a lot of assets, brushes, light, etc. suddenly started to load very slowly (the longest takes 53% of loading). On a weaker PC, the program crashes after opening the file, on a faster PC it crashes when rendering the first image. Couldn’t the file have been corrupted somehow? Or have we overloaded it with data (too many trees, lights, etc.)? We tried to delete some assets, brushes etc. afterwards but the file keeps crashing.
Additional question: do you have any recommendations on how to optimize the work when we model in Archicad (we already have some furniture elements located here) and then convert to D5, in which we render the visualizations?
