I use 3dsmax 2017version for work.
d5 converter support exclude 2017version.

Hi mate, we don’t support it because the 2017 version is really unstable to use the converter.
You can download the converter for 2017 by the link below But it is an old version, lacking some functions compared with the formal one. Also, we didn’t update and improve it. If you want to use it for a long time, We highly recommend using the other version of 3dsmax. Sorry for the inconvenience.
