Does this occur every time you activate SketchUp with D5 Livesync? Any specific file or it always happen even with empty files.
This sounds like a problem with your PC Environment. Can you send us the following information?
- System Info
- VRAM - Please open the D5 Render File or SKP File
- Memory Speed

Intel Core i9-13900K/KF/KS and i9-14900K/KF/KS - Please try to update your BIOS, Intel has released a new microcode patch**(0x129)** to its OEM/ODM partners. You may visit the motherboard’s official website to update the BIOS version.

Windows 24H2 - Please try to revert to a different Windows version other than Windows 24H2 and see if the issue persists.
