computer crashing during live sync

Does this occur every time you activate SketchUp with D5 Livesync? Any specific file or it always happen even with empty files.

This sounds like a problem with your PC Environment. Can you send us the following information?

It’s always restarting the pc, can’t even open d5.

Thank you so much for providing these images. Please try the following probable solution:

  • Intel Core i9-13900K/KF/KS and i9-14900K/KF/KS - Please try to update your BIOS, Intel has released a new microcode patch**(0x129)** to its OEM/ODM partners. You may visit the motherboard’s official website to update the BIOS version.

  • Windows 24H2 - Please try to revert to a different Windows version other than Windows 24H2 and see if the issue persists.

  • Disable CPU or GPU Overclocking
