i want to change Email. Because my email is not use anymore. in order to prevent future problems, I want to change my email. because I bought it a long time ago, I don’t have proof of payment

I apologize, but PRO Users must provide proof of payment due to security risks. If you can trace your payment screenshot, including its order number then we will accept that document.

Thanks for responding @Clov , I’ve been trying to find it. But I can’t find a copy, so I’m at a loss as to what to do, since I want to install it on my new computer, and Want to unbind my old computer before I reinstall.

You should be able to unbind your device by visiting your My Space Page.

I’m so sad to hear this. I’ve been using it since 2021 when it was first released, but because of this issue, I can’t use it anymore. Is there really no other way for me to change my email address?
