Car floating to the ramp

Hello,
How to fix this problem. when the car on the flat road is ok, but when it go to ramp if float, anyone can help? If i click Drop to Ground, i notice the front wheel is something is wrong. Refer to photos. Kindly help please.

May I know which D5 Render Version you’re currently using? There was an issue about this before, but it was repaired.

I have tested a similar setup on my end using the Custom Path Tool (I assume you’re also using the custom path tool), I can replicate it but the car “floats” in the region between the ramp and the flat surface which is quite different on your end.

• If possible, can you send us this file? Or perhaps the portion of the file where the ramp and the vehicle assets are present? You may send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled Clov-Forum Car floating to the ramp.
