**Issue Description: I have given the firewall permission and the anti-virus and not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled d5 render and did not work. In the video, you can see the problem.
I also did the network test I have seen on another forum post in d5 render.

To confirm, can you access the assets library now? If it still cannot work, please send these two folders to support@d5techs.com
- A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.1
- A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse
