Can't add new layer

When I select the “+” to add a new layer, nothing happens. I am unable to add any new layers in any project beyond the default layer. This worked fine for me in previous D5 versions.

Hi Brian, please move down the circled line and the added layer will appear.

I was actually adding layers clicking on the “+” but I couldn’t see them. Once I moved the line down there they were. May be a good feature to add. Have the line move down to the added layer when clicking the “+”.
