AFTER IMPORTING THE SKETCHUP MODEL TO D5, I CANNOT PLACE THE MODEL FROM IMPORTED OBJECTS TAB, ITS SHOWING LOADING BUT NOT HAPPENING ANYTHING

Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you confirm a few things for me?

  1. Does this happen with all models, or only with this specific SketchUp file?
  2. What is the file size of the SKP file?
  3. Have you tried importing a simple test model (e.g., a cube) to see if it places normally?

If possible, could you also share the SKP file with me so I can test it on my end? You can upload it via WeTransfer and send me the download link. Thanks in advance
