Cannot login because it was detected as being logged in on another device

So I just replaced my motherboard and SSD because there was damage, when I wanted to log in to d5 again it couldn’t because it read that I was logged in on another device, has anyone experienced this and what is the solution?

Please reapply after the validity period of your educational license has passed.

My edu license is still 5 months away, is there no other way?

Our terms and conditions on the Educational license state that the license is bound to a single device to protect the integrity of our licensing system. If you wish to change your device, you may need to wait for your license to expire to reapply with your new device.

Thank you very much for answering me. I don’t want to change my device, I’m still working on the same device where I register, normally I can enter the D5 page with my email but not in the program, I already sent an email to support@d5techs.com with my screenshots. In any case, could you deactivate my account?
