Cannot log in after renew

Hi,

I can log in to D5 after renew, it keep saying the username and password is not correct, but I did not change anything.

I have sent email to support, but no respond.

Its urgent! Please help

Sorry, we apologize for the inconvenience. What version of the D5 renderer are you currently using? Have you tried resetting your password in MySpace? Please let me know if you still have problems.
