Cannot get D5 to work at all

Hello,

I cannot get my D5 to work since installing the updated version. I have done everything in the forums to get it to work. It installs correctly but I can’t open a new scene or a small model I previously made. It happened right after I renewed my pro membership.

I have Nvidia 3090 RTX, I am well above any performance standards and it ran very complex models for me right before I renewed my membership.

  • Which D5 Render Version were you using? 2.11 or 2.11 hotfix?
  • Does the program close immediately after opening an empty file?

Hello Clov, I open it, choose new or open for a project and it gets stuck on initializing. I uninstalled all d5 2.11.1 and went back to 2.10. It started to load a project and at first stalled at loading 99%, then my second attempt was loading a new project and it stalled at 1%. I gave both instances over 45 each to load after reading that it could take upwards of 10-15 on first loads after an update.
