what does the little sign on my model means? It’s unlocked by i cannot duplicat my asset when there’s a sign on it.

Could you confirm what sign? Regarding the duplication, you can duplicate your model by first selecting it, then right-clicking and choosing “Add to Local”. Or by clicking the Add to Local icon at the Inspector Panel.
Once it’s added to your local assets, duplication will be enabled.
