Cannot Access China D5 Render Account While Abroad - Network Error

Dear D5 Render Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I’m experiencing with my D5 Render account.

I have a D5 Render account registered in China. Currently, I am on a business trip outside of China in Vietnam. When I try to log in to my China-registered account, I consistently encounter a network error message: “网络异常,请刷新重试” (Network abnormal, please refresh and try again).

I have tried refreshing the page multiple times, checking my internet connection, and even attempting to log in from different browsers, but the issue persists.

Interestingly, I also have a global D5 Render account, and I am able to log in and use it without any problems from my current location. This suggests the issue is specific to accessing my China-registered account while being abroad.

I have attached a screenshot of the login page showing the error message for your reference.
Could you please investigate this issue? Is there a regional restriction for China-registered accounts when accessing from outside the country? What steps can I take to be able to use my China D5 Render account while I am abroad?

Yes, I tried switching to china but it didn’t work, both the website and the app don’t working
