I was able to download materials before but not now. This is after upgrading to the newer version.

Have any error prompts appeared after selecting the material you wish to download? If so, please provide a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue.

Have you tried connecting to other networks or VPNs besides your current one? Materials being unable to download are usually caused by network instability

Please ensure you have the administrative rights in your D5 Workspace folder.

Does this issue persist in other files? or is it file specific?
