Can´t download anything from the launcher, not even the program

**Issue Description: When trying to download the program it just says download failed and trying with the tutorial files it stays at 0%.

I’m having the same issue with the tutorials, they stay at zero… Where can I download them?

You mean the demo scene files? All of them you weren’t able to download, and the progress stays at 0? Have you tried connecting to another network or perhaps your mobile data? Or even tried connecting to a VPN?

  • We don’t have a separate download list of these Demo Scene Files.
