Can I create a shared drive using Office 365 OneDrive?

The Teams User Manual says that I can set up a Windows Shared Drive but nothing about using a OneDrive

The usage process is the same as Dropbox. However, please note that if the plan you purchased is onedrive for business, you need to switch the app - Sharepoint, and then bind your onedrive for business account
