  • Have you tried restarting D5 Render and reopening the specific file?
  • Does this always happen if you work for too long on this particular file? Or is this the first time that you have encountered such an issue?
  • Which Version of D5 are you currently using?

hi, thanks for your replay, when we restart app its become working fine, but why its happening, I am using 2.10.2.0589.
and animated cars wheel not turning when its turn, and not automatically deducting the floor level turning and bouncing based on the road level detailed simulation

Just to clarify, this issue occurs every time you open the file, right? Are you able to record a video and generate a log file for us?

  • Regarding the vehicles, please include this also in the video.
