Hello,
We use D5 version 2.11. We use multiple computers and have never had a problem.
Now, with one project, we’re having trouble opening it, and the others can’t. It crashes when opening. We try “Safe As” and the file opens, but it doesn’t display objects like lamps, furniture (sofa, table, kitchen furniture). The objects are there, but everything is transparent. What can we do to get it working again?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Does this issue only occur to this specific file? Or in every file after the 2.11 update?

Please also confirm the following:

• Is your D5 application located in a local path ( C or D Drive) or is it placed in a network path? If it’s the latter, I highly suggest putting it purely in your local path.
• The same goes for your D5 File. Where is this file located? Local Path, Cloud Storage, or network path?
• Did you rename or even move the .drs file to another location?
