**D5 Render Version:**2.6.1.0423
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GEFROCE RTX 3060 LAPTOP GPU
**Driver Version:**32.0.15.7683
**Issue Description:**I have been getting black vertical lines on my renders for this model. When I try moving the location of the model itself, the model disappears and I cannot see it again, even if I try moving my cursor.

Hi @abasolon

This is a known issue in previous D5 Versions and was caused by the model being too far from the origin. Please set the Model’s X and Y values to 0 either in D5 or in your 3d Modelling software.

  • Additionally, there may be some issues that you will encounter with the previous D5 version that may have been resolved in 2.11.2. If possible, I suggest updating your D5~

Hello!

Thank you for your answer.

I tried changing the origins only in D5 to 0 on X, Y and; it deleted some of the black lines, but not fully. Please look at the image attached.

I tried to find the version 2.11.2 in the website and in the launcher, but I can only find version 2.11.1. Do you have a direct link where I can download the new version?

Hi @abasolon

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I may have typed the incorrect number. I meant that the latest version of D5 is currently at 2.11.1.0620; you may proceed to download it and see if the issue persists in the latest version. Download Package

  • If it still occurs, if you’re using the Livesync version to put this model in D5, try to modify the X,Y, and Z values from your 3d Modelling software.
  • Worse comes to worse, if all of my suggestions still cannot solve the issue then I may need to collect your files for testing on our end.

Thank you.

@abasolon you should try to go to 0,0 on the modelling software you are using, not just on D5, this was happening to a workmate on Rhino, he had the model like on 15.000 km y, 45.000 km x, it was absurd, when he changed the rhino model to 0,0 it was insta fixed on rhino and d5.
