Anway, there is a similar issue:

After reviewing the project file, we confirmed that it contains multiple .skp and .d5a files, which significantly increases the overall project complexity and resource requirements.

Based on this, the issue is likely specific to the complexity of this particular D5 file, as the combined components may be reaching D5’s processing or resource limits. This would also explain why the issue occurs with this project but not with other, lighter files.

Please confirm:

  • Does this issue occur in 3.0.1? Please try it.
  • Does hiding the specific SKP file make the preview screen normal?
  • Try to import the SKP file using LiveSync.

I tried cutting down on unnecessary elements, and it worked. It turned out the issue was the large number of groups in the file—likely because it had been converted to SKP (I’m not sure if the original was Revit or Archicad). Thanks for the response. By the way sorry i use indonesian :smile:
