Hello, the assets library cannot open, or load thumbnails? It would be good if you can post a screenshot on the problem. Besides, you could log in to D5 Render without any problem, right?
Normally it is related to the network, please try switching networks then see the result. If the problem remains, please temporarily turn off antivirus software(including windows defender) or VPN and try again.
For further troubleshooting, please check the above and whether you are using a company network that may have block settings.
