Hello! I’ve been using the D5 educational license for a short time, but recently my computer started having problems and I had to format it. After researching, I was told that to avoid losing my license I should unbind the computer using my D5 profile. I did this and formatted the computer. After downloading D5 on the new Windows installation, my license didn’t return. I requested it again but haven’t received a response (last time they released it the next day). I’m a little worried because I have a project due next Tuesday and I was going to use D5. Could you tell me if the license returns even after unbinding?
