Dear D5 Render Support Team,
I am a long-time user of D5 Render, and I have been working with the software for over a year. Recently, I encountered an issue that has significantly impacted my workflow, and I hope you can assist me.
Issue Description:
- Problem:
- When trying to open older (larger) projects, the software loads to 100% and then crashes immediately.
- A notification previously appeared stating “TDR is low” and requested a system reboot.
- Working Scenarios:
- Smaller or new projects still open without any issues.
System Specifications:
- CPU: Intel i7
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 (with the latest drivers installed)
- RAM: 24GB
- Virtual Memory: Increased and optimized
- Storage: 200GB of free space available
Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:
- Updated GPU drivers (clean installation).
- Increased virtual memory to 36GB (initial) and 48GB (maximum).
- Freed up disk space (200GB available).
- Attempted to optimize the system for heavy rendering, but the issue persists.
Request:
Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue? If logs or further details are required, let me know, and I will share them promptly.
Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
AYEB Mohamed Yessine
