Issue Description: Assets Model Nature failure
Screenshots/Videos Description: some plants appear volumetric white as the image below, does anyone knows why this is happening? I got the pro version and I cant use some assets as they appear white with no material

Hi, I checked the plans you posted but they don’t have anything, the version is D5 2.6.1, update if you don’t have this version, then also update the graphics card.

this seems texture missing, install latest version. and is ur d5 workspace folder is on server or local drive.

You can check the file path for language dissonance. It might help to make everything in one language.
It also happened to me when I was naming files with my native letters and mixing it with English path.
Hello, please check if a firewall or encryption software is causing material loss of some of your assets. Please whitelist D5. Also, you can try to find the assets (WorkSpace\content\model) for which you lost the textures, then delete the whole folder and re-download those assets.
