Hi @jags.ln.7777, What D5 version are you using? Are your files stored locally or on a network path?
Are you missing materials applied to models after syncing?
Please ensure that both the D5 file and the imported model are saved locally. If the issue persists, please share the files and your logfile with us for further troubleshooting. Thank you
