Assets and toolbars not opening

D5 version: 1.0.0.0215
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU
Driver version: 31.0.15.3667

Issue:
I’ve recently installed D5 for Sketchup. D5 syncs to my project just fine but there are blank screens where the assets, lists and inspectors should be (see images). Please let me know how I can fix this issue as right now it is unusable. Thanks.

Check your Windows account name if there are special characters; rename it to purely letters.

No luck unfortunately. I’ve updated my windows account name to remove special characters and restarted my laptop, but the sidebars and asset tab are still blank.

I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling D5, but this hasn’t helped.

As you can see, I’ve updated the account to remove any special characters, as well as running an integrity check which I saw on another forum with a similar issue. Any help as to how to fix this would be incredible. Thanks
