D5 Render Version: 2.10 Graphics Card: RTX 3080 Driver Version: 576.40 Issue Description: Sometimes when I’m setting multiples scenes and working around camera positioning, changing camera clipping plane and scenes apect ratios, the dark bars that mark the aspect ratio of the scene just dissapear and I can’t set my scenes correctly anymore. Usually this bug tends to be accompanied of another one, where the scene update button just doesn’t work .This already occured a few times over different projects. The only workaround so far is to close D5 and reopen the project, wich can take some time depending on the project scale.

Does this particular issue have a specific sequence in order to replicate it on our end or does it only occur randomly?

I just uploaded a video portraiting the error. Unfortunately I can’t record the moment it starts, as it seems a bit random, but you can clearly see the aspect radio bars vanished and I can’t change them on any images. It only goes back to normal once I restart D5.
The bar is normal, but I click on the preset aspect ratios several times and they don’t update, nor they show up or work at all. I can’t even render images when this happens without restarting D5 because they are going to show all of my viewport.
Oh, okay, so basically, the problem is not the aspect ratio portion not showing, but rather, it cannot be used, changed, or activated in a random occurrence.
Are the Aspect Ratio and Update button functions the only ones not working? Or is it the whole D5 Render file? Please confirm.
If it’s only these functions, then please record when it happens again and generate a log file, then send it to us together with your D5 Scene File.
Otherwise, if it’s the whole screen or preview not functioning then please check your VRAM Info in Task Manager and see if it is close to your device’s capacity.
The Aspect Ratio doesn’t work at all when this happens and Update button stays a little buggy, not updating everytime I click it.
This bug keeps happening in every single file I work on. I recorded it again when using my secondary computer (laptop). So I guess it has nothing to do with hardware. I will upload the other video as soon as possible and send the log file when it happens again.
