I upgraded to archicad 28 and hence i istalled the relevant d5 plugin for archicad 28.
Since then D5 has a black screen. It seems that D5 plugin cannot read the AC model.
The AC model i am currently working on it is a big one. D5 plugin for AC 28 can handle smaller AC models easily (no black screen). I created the big AC model in archicad 26 and D5 worked fine with the previous plugin.
Any suggestion for this issue? Obviously, I can rearrange some elements in different layers in the AC model and make the model “lighter” but it is time consuming and most importantly as D5 worked fine previously it is expected to be as good as it was before the upagrade, from the AC 26 plugin to the AC28 plugin.

I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. I have a few queries regarding the issue that you have experienced:
- Does the black screen only occur when you enable/activate the plug-in?
- Can you please send us a screenshot or perhaps a video recording of the issue? Is it only the preview screen that is black? Or perhaps only the UI portion of the window? There are black screen issues that may be unrelated to any DCC Software and can be solved through various means, this information is really important.
