Is there a way to apply a ratio to all the scenes? I have many project have over 30 scenes, once I added a new scenes, it was not the ratio I chose, so I need to change all the scenes , it take many times. Have any solution to solve it?

Hello. You can enter the image rendering mode, then hold ctrl to select all the images in the scene list and set the image scale. In this way all the pictures can be one output scale.
