Anyone run D5 not on their personal workstation?

Hi,

Does anyone run D5 on a rendering box, cloud instance, ancillary workstation etc? My present workstation (actually two boxes in two different locations) has a bunch of engineering software on it, which I don’t want to disturb or install on a new machine right now and I’m wondering whether anyone has solved this use case? I’m thinking, for example, I might get a new ancillary workstation specifically for this purpose and terminal services into it.

I sometimes use render farm when my own machine is busy.

Hello, we are still doing research on render farms for the time being, so D5 is not making any recommendations now.
