all AI functions stopped working

Hello.
I have stopped working all AI functions. They just do not dive and all. Generate an image is also not possible. Opening another project where previously everything was ok did not help. And changing the internet did not help either. checking and changing the path didn’t help either

Sorry you are experiencing this trouble.

Could you let us know:

• Did this issue happen suddenly, or has it been ongoing?
• Have you tried using a VPN or mobile hotspot to see if it works?

Please also try the following steps:

1. Change your DNS to Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 AI Post-processing not working - #6 by oliver
2. Ensure that your firewall or antivirus is not blocking D5
3. Set your Time Zone to Automatic and click Enable Sync Now in Additional Settings
   
   

If any of the solutions above do not work and whitelisting our IPs is the only option left, I’ll gladly share the relevant AI server IPs with you via direct message. Please note that whitelisting these IPs may require assistance from your IT department. Thank you
